About 200 metres before the 2/3rds mile marker for J12 (southbound) the road surface continues to sink.

This was particularly noticeable (Sunday morning) when the lorry, I was following, (some 6 car lengths behind) took considerable avoiding action. Even so the lorry still rocked, partly because of his actions and partly the effect of the road surface.
