Illegally Hung Flags On Lampposts

Reported via mobile in the Flyposting (NH) category anonymously at 02:50, Sun 19 October 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8312698.

For at least a month, the entirety of Lowestoft Road outside of James Paget Hospital has been covered in illegally hung flags, ranging from the Union Jack, the Welsh flag, the English flag, and the Scottish flag. All are hung on National Highways lampposts. These attachments have no official consent and, critically, they pose a safety risk under National Highways' own safety risk assessment policy (GG 104).
