Smart whip on central reservation m66

There is a smart whip (laughing gas canister) on the central reservation quite close to the 3rd lane. Just cautious if someone hits it a speed it will cause a serious crash - we drove past it on the m66 it is just before you come off to the big round about to go right onto the m62
