Problem and Location Summary: None of the streetlights are working between Junction 9 and Junction 10 on the M25, one of the busiest stretches of the motorway. With vehicles travelling at speeds up to 70 mph, the complete lack of lighting causes poor visibility and poses a significant safety risk for drivers, especially during nighttime or adverse weather conditions.

Problem and Location Summary: Almost none of the streetlights are working between Junction 9 and Junction 10 on the M25, one of the busiest sections of the motorway. With vehicles travelling at high speeds, the lack of lighting significantly reduces visibility and increases the risk of accidents, particularly at night.

Explanation of the Issue: The lights appear to have been off for an extended period, possibly due to energy-saving measures. However, this raises serious road safety concerns. Several road users have observed the issue but have not reported it. I request that this matter be reviewed urgently to ensure adequate lighting and maintain public safety.

Updates
