Three streetlights not working.

I am writing to report that three streetlights on Runham Roundabout, near Acle Street in Great Yarmouth, are currently not operational. The affected streetlight pole numbers are GY028, GY029, and GY033.
These streetlights have been out of service for over five years and appear to require new lamps. Their continued disrepair poses a potential safety concern, particularly during the hours of darkness.
I would be grateful if you could provide an update on when maintenance or replacement work will be carried out.
