Fence damage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8291869.

Fence along the A5 which belongs to highways is pretty much non existing after years of neglect. Homeowners believe this was intended to be a noise reducing measure yet sadly any of the fence along the A5 barely stands today. It was put in originally either for noise or safety so why has it been left in the state its in?
