The temporary traffic controls in place for the By Pass has caused utter chaos all weekend. As the elected member for this community I need to raise their concerns. Next weekend's planned work needs to be organised differently to avoid a repeat of the gridlock experienced by those in Hollingworth, Mottram, Hattersley, Stalybridge, Hyde etc
