Major problem with recent repair.

The drain repair you made recently is shocking. It dips and extremely heavy vehicles are driving over it every few minutes, dropping their vehicle, making one heck of a noise. It’s keeping our house, and our neighbours awake. It’s making our house shake, and our lights move. Seriously!!! Would really appreciate your urgent help.

  • Thank you for making your report regarding the drain cover on the A120. We have asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue.

    If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
