Inconsistent lane markings resulting in vehicles crossing lanes in turn

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8271654.

Option to report incorrect didnt work, so faded selected. Centre and right lane have worded "MACC". On reaching the junction only the right lane displays right to Macclesfield, the centre lane now only showing a straight ahead arrow. The arrow to turn right from that lane has either been missed or has worn away, or if not intended, the earlier centre lane markings of "MACC" are incorrect.

This results in right lane traffic cutting to the left lane of Wilmslow Road across traffic in the centre, becoming left, lane. This has resulted in several near misses and at least one accident witnessed.
