Large tree blocking right of way. W3W ///fidelity.lawn.readers As landowner, it is Highway England's responsibility to clear the obstruction from the very well used right of way. It is completely blocked and unsafe for the public to pass and repass. This was report on 01/10/2025 at 11.16 and the obstruction is still there. LR Title number NT452544 for reference.
