Blocked Drainage Channel

South bound - The drainage channel Is heavily blocked with debris and very large weeds causing water to spill out into the fast lane. I aquaplaned in this location today. It is sure to cause an accident if left unchecked as this is a traffic black spot where heavy breaking is often necessary. Upon observing, there seems to be very poor maintenance along this stretch for a few miles on both sides of the carriageway
