White lines unclear

Reported via mobile in the Faded / Hard to see (NH) category anonymously at 20:33, Thu 2 October 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8245679.

A lot of cars are using the incorrect lanes which could cause an accident. If the road markings were clearer, it may reduce the number of cars using lanes incorrectly.

When turning off the A1 (going towards Peterborough) at the Brampton hut interchange, cars are using the left lane on the roundabout to turn right onto the A141 towards Brampton and Huntingdon. This is unsafe because both lanes are able travel straight and go back onto the A1, but there are cars in the left lane not leaving the roundabout and continuing round the roundabout and then turning onto the A141.
