Grafitti on overhead road sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8245591.

There is graffiti on the overhead road sign for junction 6. The road sign has needed replacing for some time, as it is extremely faded and now there is grafitti, making it much worse.

    We aim to remove or cover offensive graffiti within 24 hours of our inspection.

    Non-offensive graffiti is dealt with under planned cyclical works and therefore can take longer to remove.

    We will arrange for our local inspector to look at this on his regular safety inspection of this route and they will arrange a suitable solution.
