    We have passed your report to our local inspector who will review the issue as part of their next safety inspection and arrange any remedial action.

    Please Note: National Highways are responsible for litter collection on the M11 and it's associated slip roads, however the A10 & A1309 including the roundabout at junction 11 are the responsibility of the local authority.
