Overgrown blocking footpath

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8243469.

The land I understand is owned by you running through from the bottom of Downside Ave, moorfield Ave and Dale Avenue is overgrown and unkempt and is blocking the footpath. It is almost impossible to walk through. The fence at the bottom of Downside Avenue is also broken. This land has not been adequately managed for many years and is attracting litter, fly tipping and vermin.
