Crumbling uneven surface

The corner of this junction as you join the Staines bypass as you head towards Sunbury has a really bad bumpy crumbling surface. As you drive around the corner it bumps your car around over the pot holes etc and has been like this for years! Please can it be resurfaced? Thanks
