Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8234904.

Twice last week cars almost lost grip when taking the j3 here as the rain was deep. Potentially over 12 inches deep. And there’s no lighting so drivers did t see it at night time as it’s so dark. This twice caused my husbands car to trigger the engine management warning lights. This will cause a death if not remedied.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
