Cycle path very poor and overgrown

Cycle / path between level mare lane to Norton lane alongside a27 is in very poor condition and hedgerow has overgrown what is left of this path Why is this important Anybody travelling east to west can you back roads to move between Arundel and chi however this short stretch has to be used but is nearly impassable

    This footpath has recently been walked by our inspection team as part of our footpath inspection programme. The stretch between Level Mare Lane to Norton Lane was noted as being in poor condition with areas of fretting and root heave. This will be monitored for deterioration. Vegetation, generally grass growth will be dying back but easily navigable and no safety concerns at this time and vegetation cuts will remain in our cyclic programme.
