Shrubs S. side of slip road obscure visibility.

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 17:11, Mon 29 September 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8229848.

From the pedestrian crossing point it is impossible to clearly see vehicles approaching in the n/s lane when crossing from W to E. Drivers however can see the signals and do not approach with caution. There is a Green Man but at quiet times using this means a long wait because presumably the Green Man will only come on when A674 traffic is flowing. It is safe to cross in these circumstances but the A674 signals are not visible and at quiet times, vehicles can be at the E end of the roundabout suggesting that the slip road is showing Red. However the signals can change before W bound vehicles reach them, thus releasing 3 lanes of queuing traffic from the slip road.
