Fockbury Mill Lane overbridge above M5 J4A - marker post 27/0

The guard rail on the Fockbury Mill Lane overbridge is damaged in several places. One area of concern is above the southbound carriageway where the bottom mesh of the guard rail is missing completely. This bridge is frequently used by dog walkers and there is a risk of dogs falling through the gap onto the live carriageway below. The mesh has also been removed/ damaged in several places leading to sharp edges.
