Severely uneven surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8222855.

Severely uneven surface combined with pothole. Incredibly dangerous. Was towing a trailer at 55mph in the inside lane and all four wheels took off. As it hit the ground it snapped the weld on the trailer. Could have caused a serious accident. I will be submitting a claim against National Highways. Incredibly dangerous and a risk to life especially if on a motorcycle or towing a trailer as in my case.
