Pothole

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8222554.

Very large pothole near drain cover. Swallows a HGV steer tyre causing the steering wheel to violently jerk as you’re trying to steer right. Unable to avoid it, due to the line you have to take if traffic is in the lane aside you. Cause issues with steering components and knocks the steering out of alignment.

  • Patched up, would imagine a further repair is scheduled as although it is better, they have tarmacced OVER the drain cover?
