Potholes on the Left hand bend on slip towards A616

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8220333.

Very bad potholes for motorbikes, bike is cranked over following the tight bend to access A616 towards M1. High risk of losing traction/balance. I had a moment! Its been like this for a couple of weeks.
