3 drain covers left raised by Highways England workers

Following Highways England's recent overnight closure of the A5 for cutting back of foliage, 3 drain covers have been left in the up position along the nearside kerb heading north.

Hazard is still present as of 20 Nov . It just needs flipping down . Would do it myself but the A5 is too busy to stop and correct.

Highways have been working 100 metres away from the drain this week trimming trees. I'm confident they won't address the drain problem at the same time, a different team will be required !

Still not fixed. One drain cover is still vertical. It will do some serious damage to someone or their vehicle if hit.

One cover still vertical and the other 2 covers are on the grass verge leaving the drains open.

I see the National Highways inspector driving past this location on a regular basis. I guess they don't notice things the general public notice...
