Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8215056.

This is unlit and extremely dangerous other morning a broken down car no lights on was nearly hit there's street lamposts above but they need to be on as traffic is reaching speed, has been reported many times needs urgent action
