Around 50-100yards from Junction 3. Flymo leaf blower

Driving in the middle lane down the M25 going towards Erith, a car swerved quickly unable to see why until I was closer. I saw the leaf blower. I couldn’t swerve due to having drivers next to me and I couldn’t brake due to having someone behind so I collided with this and dragged it around 50-100 yards up the motorway after junction 3 until pulling over on hard shoulder and removing it away from under the car. Put it over the barrier and took images. But damage was done to my car. Not sure with how the obstruction was there for or when it was dropped.
