Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8197960.

Only half the traffic lights are working on Handy Cross roundabout. The lights from M40 London are out and the lights from A404 Marlow. This was at 12.30

    The green light I can see does not apply to me! Seems like the pole in front has got rotated. Very dangerous.
