Growth blocking path

Again I report this matter. Someone came out previously but only did part of the job . There are bushes growing through the fence and weeds growing along the edge of the path. I did spend time sweeping the underpass and clearing cobwebs off the lights . I see another report from June reporting the lighting in the underpass . 3 lots of lights have now failed making it darker than it should be . Residents don’t feel safe using the underpass but as nights draw in it’s important that the lights work fully Thanks
