Cats eyes not reflecting

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8192269.

The lenses appear to be broken, the white cats eyes that separates lanes along blyth road on the a1 are not reflecting, making it very difficult to see when dark and raining. The issue lasts for at least 2-3 miles
