Two Bollards

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8187480.

In reply to your email and my previous report. The two bollards are not visible in the hours of darkness, maybe a good clean may improve their visibility, if not as the two existing bollards have no live feed maybe replacements are necessary.
