Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 11:42, Fri 19 September 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8186919.

Moddle Stoke road is effectively narrowing due to a combination of debris which was not cleared up by the Highways Agency when trees were cut down from the top of a retaining wall supporting the A36. in addition self seeding saplings are now growing out of the toe of this retaining wall and some have routed into the road surface. in addition there is a general build up of debris along this section of road which needs clearing.

  • No. The problem hasn’t been resolved. The road is the responsibility of Wiltshire Highways and the retaining wall the responsibility of the National Highway Agency. Please get it sorted.
