Vehicles using the inside lane to take the 2nd or 3rd exit when said lane is for 1st exit only. I’ve had a dozen near misses like this within a year and half the time it’s been an artic cutting me up. It’s only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt.

I’m not totally sure of the cause but the road markings that indicate which lane you should be in are a bit faded and could do with refreshing. If it isn’t down to faded road markings then maybe an extra set further down the off ramp would give drivers a better opportunity to be in the correct lane.
