The inside lane of the A23 northbound turns off from the A23 towards Hassocks and all the road signs that show this are partly obscured by overgrowing hedges.

Reported via desktop in the Sign Obscured (NH) category anonymously at 11:28, Wed 17 September 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8177126.

The hedges need cutting back around all the round signs that indicate that the inside lane turns off. This is potentially dangerous as slow moving vehicles, in particular lorries, move to the inside lane of the A23 potentially unaware that this lane goes towards Hassocks not on up the A23 leaving them to move lanes at the last minute.
