    On 18 September 2025, our team visited the Medway Bridge Footpath to assess the reported issue. During the inspection, we identified three small areas of pooled water and one blocked gully.

    We have since raised this with our maintenance partners, who will carry out remedial work at the location. This will include kerb scraping and some vegetation clearance along the kerb nearest the carriageway, clearing the inlets between the carriageway and footpath, and unblocking the gully.

    The work is scheduled to be completed within the next 30 days approximately subject to resource availability.
