Traffic congestion

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8172276.

It looks like the timings on the A49 Southbound on Edgar St at the "Tesco" roundabout have been changed to only allow a few vehicles through at a time. This is causing severe congestion along Edgar St and also not allowing traffic on Blackfriars St and the link Rd to join thus blocking up the area completely.
