A frame and temp sight laying on verge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8161629.

Another disused diversion sign laying on the verge. This jct seems to constantly have temp signs left on it. They get put up for road works, then no one goes back to take them down again, they get left for years, even decades.
