Incorrectly fitted drain

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8161301.

I had opened a report back in December 2024 for the same fault, during rain fall, the rain moves straight passed the drain and floods the entrance to our driveway, it just requires a floor grate to be fitted so the rain gets caught regardless, the previous report was shut with no explanation. The drain is located on the corner just off the main A120
