There are multiple flags that have been attached to the street furniture. These are causing distraction to the drivers.

These flags are large and in a very dangerous location. They are in the central reservation, on a series on bends up a hill and are right in your eye line and very distracting. They should have been removed months ago.

These flags are large and in a very dangerous location. They are in the central reservation, on a series of bends, up a hill and by an already precarious junction with the high street and they are right in your eye line and very distracting. They should have been removed months ago.

There are still a large number of flags attached to lamp posts in contravention of the Highways Act. Not only are they a dangerous distraction but they also interfere with the distribution of light at night, or they did when the lights were actually working!
