Bridge on A3 near Liss exit

The bridge on the A3 going from Surrey down to Hampshire ( near the exit to Liss ) has had a huge abandoned truck there for weeks. And there is constantly someone changing the flag fro. The union jack to the USA flag which was changed today. This huge flag is a very dangerous problem because if it fell onto someone's windscreen and it could cause and accident or even a death. The abandoned vehicle truck has been there for weeks and may also be stolen
