The RED light in the traffic light isn’t working.

When approaching the roundabout from the A41, the traffic light situated on the roundabout it’s self (as opposed to the ones in-line with the stop line) is not illuminated and when it is supposed to show STOP there is no light illuminated; however when the light turns green then the GREEN light DOES work—so only the RED light does not work. See photo to show exactly which post it is.
