Traffic blocking entrance and exit on roundabout A43/a5

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8146330.

Traffic is constantly blocking entrance exit on roundabout with multiple vehicles ignoring red lights. Congestion is every day mornings and evening why has the roundabout not been box marked or cameras installed to stop traffic from blocking roundabout?
