Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8143320.

Subway at Elmbridge Court under A417 and A40 Golden Valley bypass. Blocked gulley , Cheltenham Road end , fly tipping on up ramp , excess weeds and other vegetation in subway under A40 section. Both need cleaning because of the link to the £48 Million flagship cycle spine that joins Gloucester City to Cheltenham Town ?????
