Updates

  • Thank you for making your report.

Our Inspection team visited site 5 September 2025 and found the joints to the westbound are fine and relatively flush with the carriageway surfacing.

The eastbound joints are slightly lower than the surfacing which looks to be anti-skid layer. We do need to revisit when the temperature drops to check again if the deck has contracted which could make a difference to the dip.

If any repairs are required, we always aim to complete them as quickly as possible. Timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.

    Kind Regards

    National Highways
