Advertising posters on traffic light stands

I have reported this island and the island next to it for debris, stones and general lack of tidy maintenance. There are several advertising boards on the traffic light stands and these are a big distraction to the driver. Together with this, there are loose objects on the island itself, together with a fallen over keep left sign plus temporary rd signs on the island that now has a tree growing out of it as it’s been there so long. Months and months.
