Flags on first two National Highways lampposts

There are illegal flag posted on the first lamppost on each side of the M4 spur road. Based on the lamp IDs, these are National Highways lampposts

    We have passed this to one of our local inspectors to confirm that this is on our property. Safety is our priority and we do all we can to protect those who use our roads. Items such as flags attached to a bridge could pose a danger to motorists on the road below and so may need to be removed for safety reasons.
