Encroaching vegetation, Brambles, Gorse, Nettles, etc

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category by Robert Locke at 10:45, Thu 4 September 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8117743.

For Pedestrians and Cyclists the encroaching vegetation is inhibiting passage on the foot and cycleway to and from Firefly Road to the East onto and including the Stivichall Interchange. The position marked is midway between the two locations. I have reported the a number of times this year and last and after my last report was assurred that the obstructing vegetation would be dealt with? I have to say there has been some activity of clearing vegetatation but that has only been on the actual interchange and only on the roadside verges, the footways described have not been totally dealt with. I am quite prepared to meet and show whoever the problem.
