Request to have sign moved due to new wall being built

I am trying to contact you on behalf of the Charborough Estate to request for a road sign to be moved. We have had ongoing issues with vehicles striking a section of the estates wall along the A31 (outside East Almer Farm) and as a result, have rebuilt a section of the wall further back from the road. We would now like to request that the existing road sign be moved to behind the new walls location (only a maximum of 5m) as feel this would be a much safer option. The sign is located on the Charborough Park side of the A31 where the B3075 meets it. Please could someone advise on the correct way of requesting this if this is not the right way to contact you. Thank you in advance for your help.
