Pedestrian walkway button not working.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8112844.

Pedestrian walkway button is not working , children are waiting at the lights for them not to be letting them cross. Please can this be rectified urgently as it is a safety concern to children who are now using daily to walk to and from Stokesay Primary School.
