Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8111004.

Traffic lights and cones, causing lane closure and back up of traffic. The stop go lights are unnecessary as no work in taking place. Just left here causing delays frustration. Lights have been in place for 28hrs or more with no works.
