Dangerous road to cycling and walking

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8110708.

Road used daily by many cyclists who work at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital with poor visibility where cars go as fast as they can. This road needs a footpath that does not have and a cycling way however it should at least have 30mph speed limit with speed cameras.
